Patch notes for July 27, 2026: bosses drop dragon points again, guild recruitment fixes, and Duelist, Astrologer, Wizard and Sorcerer changes.
Hello everyone, one more balance update for you all. With this, beyond small balances here and there, do not expect sweeping changes like this for a while. We will watch how things stabilize and how the meta evolves and adjust from there. Me personally? Heh, lets just say.... 🦭
General Changes
- Bug that caused bosses to not drop dragon points as currency (not the consumables) has been fixed. Every boss will drop dragon points
- This also means if you have effects from your Holy Chest that increase DP gain, they will now work
- TeamSkillsItemBag (Free Choice) bug that caused using this item to show nothing to select has been fixed
- General server and login improvements
- You can now load page 2 of guild recruitment
- Auction House no longers filters out items at high prices
Duelist
Weapon Spec Changes
- Poisoned Edge
- Damage over time multiplier is now 100% (was 4%)
- Skill aoe range is now +5m (was 3)
- Deadly Marsh
- DoT now scales on 5% DMG (was 3% DMG)
Skill Changes
- Phantom Poisoning
- Damage taken from DoTs is now 10% (was 6%)
- Cross Slash
- Now grants 2 Butterfly Scent stacks
- Each stack increases duelist skill damage by 4% (was 2%)
- Now stacks up to 2 times (was 3 times)
- DoT now scales on 4% DMG (was 2% DMG)
- Deadly Wink
- Cooldown is now 4 seconds (was 5.6 seconds)
- Now grants 2 Butterfly Scent stacks
- Each stack increases duelist skill damage by 4% (was 2%)
- Now stacks up to 2 times (was 3 times)
- DoT now scales on 4% DMG (was 2% DMG)
- Slash Cut
- Increases target's physical damage taken by 2% per stack (was 1% per stack)
- Now stacks up to 2 times (was 3 times)
- Whirling Dance
- Increases target's physical damage taken by 2% per stack (was 1% per stack)
- Now stacks up to 2 times (was 3 times)
- Cooldown is now 3 seconds (was 4.2 seconds)
- Balisong Flurry
- Damage coefficient is now 110 (was 120)
- Dancing Balisong
- Damage coefficient is now 165 (was 175)
Developers' Note: The main goal here is to bring duelist up. It was extremely slow to build stacks, it was not rewarding at all for even building them, and had very bad multipliers in general. This should be a great facelift for both duelist specs
Astrologer
Skill Changes
- Star Release: Moonlight
- Heal is now 20% of Max HP (was 100%)
- HoT is now 3% per tick
Wizard
Bug Fixes
- Rejuvenating Prayer
- Fixed bug that applied the HoT twice when cast on self with no target
Sorcerer
Bug Fixes
- Bug that caused the effect "Hitting an enemy increases the active Otherworldly Energy's Skill Damage by 35%, stacks up to 5 times. Can only stack once every second per target hit." to not apply has been fixed
- Bug that made rejuvenation mantra not apply its effects onto the caster or team has been fixed
Weapon Spec Changes
- Comprehension of Seals
- Duration of the skill damage increase for flame impact has been increased to 10 seconds (was 5 seconds)
Skill Changes
- Otherworldly Energy
- Damage coefficient is now 55 (was 110)
- Hitting an enemy increases the active Otherworldly Energy's Skill Damage by 50% (was 35%) stacks up to 5 times
- Flame Impact
- Damage coefficient is now 150 (was 120)
Lancer
Skill Changes
- Soul Reincarnation
- Lance Weapon Damage is now 15% (was 10%)
- Damage of Lancer skill is now 10% (was 6%)
- All basic stats are now 8% (was 6%)
Developers' Note: The goal here is to increase the reward and make it actually rewarding to upkeep Soul Reincarnation on Dark spec, while also not so strong that it makes Lightning spec's rotation different
- Concentrated Blast
- Damage coefficient is now 182 (was 162)
Dronekeeper
Bug Fixes
- Bug that caused Ice Javelin to not reset it's own cooldown has been fixed
